DHL courier tracking

When you book a discounted DHL shipping service with Parcel Monkey, you will be given a DHL tracking number and both you and the recipient will be able to access DHL courier tracking via our tracking tool.

Whether you’ve booked DHL Express International or an economy service like DHL eCommerce, you’ll be able to track your package throughout the delivery, the same as you would if you booked directly with DHL.

How do I track a DHL package?

To track a DHL package booked through Parcel Monkey, you can use your DHL tracking number or your Parcel Monkey shipment number (starting PMS).

Enter either of these numbers into our DHL tracking tool for updates on the progress of your delivery. Alternatively, you can track your package via the DHL website using your DHL tracking number.

Where is the DHL tracking number?

The DHL tracking number can be found on your shipping label, which will be available to print once your booking is confirmed.

Your PMS shipment number is available on your Parcel Monkey dashboard and when entered into our tracking tool, will show a reflection of the DHL tracking.

DHL eCommerce tracking 

DHL eCommerce is a tracked mail service that uses the USPS for the US domestic leg of the journey and the local postal service in the destination country to make the final delivery.   

Using your DHL tracking number, you’ll be able to track your package with USPS and through the DHL eCommerce site. Alternatively, you can see DHL eCommerce tracking updates by entering your PMS number into our tracking tool.  

DHL eCommerce packages are scanned less frequently than other DHL services and there may be delays between scans, however, DHL eCommerce tracking will notify you once the delivery has been made.

DHL Express tracking

DHL Express services come with full DHL courier tracking to delivery with regular scans on your item. DHL tracking will be frequently updated during transit and can be accessed via our tracking tool or direct with DHL. If you want to track your package directly with DHL, they may request the 'DHL waybill' number which can also be found on the shipping label.
