I was charged extra after...with the final price it was similar to any other shipping provider

Great Service, Would Like a Couple Tweaks

I've used this service level several times and have always been satisfied, I expect the same level of satisfaction this time.
I just wish we could access the UPS Tracking Number off more than only the label. Also, I wish there was an auto notification for the recipient to track the package. But, I can overlook these inconveniences for the substantial savings afforded through this program. -
They deliver what they promise!

I’ve been sending packages to Australia for the last few years with other carriers and this is the FIRST TIME that the package was delivered earlier than promised and at a very good price
