Extra paperwork route

Instead of 4 days, UPS took 22 to deliver. By sending through this service the package followed extra paperwork routes. I don’t recommend, go to USPS instead.

VERY disappointed with ParcelMonkey with this service. This label is for B2C, which was not indicated anywhere in the marketplace/website when purchasing.
This means that custom duties are supposed to be paid as a "merchant" - which I am not. Because these customs duties were not paid, UPS passed my parcel to USPS, and my package is now both lost and ineligible for a claim. This has caused multiple threads of communication between ParcelMonkey, UPS, and myself, plus hours of time trying to find my lost package, not to mention loss of valuable items and no ability to get a refund.
ParcelMonkey should have indicated this was a B2C service on their website, I would have been happy to pay more for a service to actually be fulfilled and am now spending hours of my time trying to track down my parcel, getting completely different answers from every party who is involved (ParcelMonkey, UPS from various angles, and now USPS as well). -

Excellent service! The package arrived at the destination very quickly!
