Quite simply shocking how UPS treats its customers!

This has been our worst experience with UPS. We ordered a shipment from the U.S. to Cologne with a delivery time of 1–3 business days. It arrived in Germany within 48 hours, but then remained in a UPS warehouse for 10 days, despite all import documents being submitted in advance.
For over a week, we called customer service twice daily without receiving any real assistance, only repeated promises of a callback that never happened. We also sent multiple emails without any response, and even the provided fax number did not work.
This is already the third time we’ve experienced such issues with UPS in Cologne. Regular postal services would have delivered long ago.
After two days of waiting at home due to inaccurate delivery windows, the shipment finally arrived after 12 days!
We will not use UPS again. -
