NO COMMON SENSE, DAMAGED PARCEL

Although the package DID arrive and was not lost like the former TWO boxes, the parcel was handled roughly, box arrived smashed and contents broke (despite wrapped in bubble wrap and secured snug in box) and spilled all over the other items. Contents clearly described. Should not need to write FRAGILE all over package that contains food. Common sense.

UPS Worldwide Expedited service is consistently excellent. From drop off to “delivered” they are able to update tracking status by each facility transition.
