A prompt and reliable service

I dropped off my package at the Brainerd MN UPS store on June 24th, and it was delivered to my brothers home in the UK on Monday June 29th. I view this as very good service. For a comparison, we mailed a gift to my sister in law in Scotland, courtesy of the USPS over one month ago, and it has yet to arrive. I do not blame the USPS for this. I believe, based on my prior experience and on the experience of others, that the UK postal service is having problems. Thank you UPS for providing a reliable and prompt alternative. And, using the UPS service one is able to track ones package. Once a package has left the US when using the USPS, it's ongoing travels become a mystery.
