Easy and quick!

I was nervous trying PM, due to other reviews. However, we sent 2 packages at $58 and $52 via PM that were quoted at $113 for the "cheapest available" at the UPS store. We sent these 2 packages UPS from Raleigh to different towns in Germany. Both packages arrived within 7 days of shipping.
Some minor glitches we ran into...when we printed the label, it cut off the top portion. It had the address where it was being shipped to, but not the ship from address or the weight/dimensions of the package. Be careful to make sure you set your printer to Landscape so you get the entire label. I also noticed in the reviews that packages have been confiscated at Customs. I specifically looked up the German Customs guidelines to make sure what I was sending would go through. Each country has their own rules. Otherwise, the PM website does a great job at helping you fill out the Customs Sheet.

I am so thrilled with the speed of service and my box arrived to my daughter in Japan intact. I had read that sometimes boxes either disappear or things come up missing in a box. My daughter and grandbabies are so thrilled and happy with their gifts. I am still in shock that the box went from Florida to Japan in less than a week. Thank you Parcel Monkey
