Good experience, watch for additional charges

I was impressed by the speed and ease of using parcel monkey through UPS. However,I was most disturbed to learn that the recipient was charged an extra 30 Euros , half for customs (to be expected) and half from UPS for some spurious charge.
While the pricing remained very competitive even with this charge, parcel monkey needs to make its customers aware that additional charges may be forthcoming from the carrier involved in addition to the charges paid to parcel monkey.
Overall, we were very pleased with the experience, again especially the speed and accurate tracking and management of the carrier process.
