Super fast delivery to my customer

I will use it again but need to warn my receivers

Smooth service. website is easy to use.
My only suggestion is to add a method so that the sender can pay for the import duties instead of receiver. I sent a gift to my family and they ended paying import duty on that. Infact, I didnt tell them that I am sending something but they received a call asking them to pay money on receipt of a package. They got scared thinking somebody is scamming. So, not a good experience for sending gift.
But otherwise, a good platform with clean interface and ability to send parcels using UPS at discounted rates.

Wonderful in all ways. Helpful worker at the drop-off site, super-fast delivery to England. I couldn’t be happier.
