Item delayed several times, resulting in an additional six days added to original delivery date. One occasion, my son phoned to query delay only to be told the driver thought the address was a flat and re-directed the parcel to the new address. I have lived at the delivery address and my parents bought it in 1975, I'm 100% confident it's a house and why would would that be different? Another day the delay was blamed on the receiver, my 85 yo mother, another said it was anonymous. Whole experience was very frustrating. Things are difficult enough at the moment, I just wanted to get a couple of gifts to my children since I am unable to get home to the UK. Cost of the goods sent were only slightly more than the cost of sending it and I just wanted everything to run as smoothly as possible for the high cost. Also, I was charged an additional transaction fee that I wasn't told about, not sure why, but if there was an option to pay using a UK card, I'd have done so to avoid additional cost.

Great Service Makes Shipping Simple

This service really simplifies shipping packages. And shoutout to the good people who work at the UPS store located at 9322 3rd Ave, Brooklyn, NY. They are always friendly and helpful when dropping off packages. Kudos. Tracking is great - I love watching it roam around and reach its destination in a reasonable amount of time... generally within a week internationally in my experience.
