Really wonderful service. The folks at UPS were really nice, and my package got to its overseas destination quickly and safely. For what else could I ask?

Last year I spent a week trying to figure out the quickest, least expensive way to get a Christmas package to friends in Italy. The package arrived in February and I had no way to track it.
This year, I found Parcel Monkey. EASY! I packaged up my gifts, printed the label and the customs info and dropped it off at our neighborhood UPS store. It arrived in just days, I was able to track the package every step of the way, and I paid less than I did last year and didn't have to wait in any lines.

Every thing went fine, only problem was UK customs tryed to change me import tax, even know it was a return goods from UK. I had a copy of invoice from the company, but no one looked under the custom forms. No big deal, the rep from ups UK was very nice and cleared it up. UPS store wanted 300$ yes 300$ to ship to UK from USA, Parcel Monkey was 86$ no brainer there, thanks Monkey.
