This is the 3rd time we have used Parcel Monkey to ship to Shanghai. It is very easy and the directions for international shipping are very detailed and exact. The cost was 1/3 as much as other carriers we found. Tracking is easy and when once there was a glitch they responded right away with directions about how to proceed. We will use them again when we have the need.
