I chose the DHL option for international shipping to New Zealand and the service was EXCELLENT. Arrived within the stated time and boxes were in great condition.

Reliable & fast service

I was able to track my package every step of the way. It also arrived in a timely manner. The only downside (and it's not parcel monkey's fault) is the customs charge which just blew my mind; 15% for personal items to be shipped- made no sense.
