This was our first international shipment using your service. It was simple and easy to use, with adequate instructions for the additional documentation needed.
The shipping time was astoundingly quick.
We've had in-state shipments take longer than this service to Germany.

Reason to tap 5 stars or just one

Follow instructions, drop off at UPS, six days later delivered in Germany. At a reasonable cost for a 16 pound box. How can i not tap 5 stars? Maybe if I screwed something up and needed to blame the carrier I could leave a scathing creative review and tap one star. Done
