This is a fantastic way to ship, especially when going overseas! This package arrived just as they said it would so I don’t have to worry about grandchildren getting their Christmas gifts!

Fast and easy to use

I have used Parcel Monkey several times to send boxes from California to Shanghai. This service connects me to a carrier who has been reliable and prompt: my family there receives the goods even taking customs and duties payment into account before friends in the midwest receive theirs! The paperwork is clearly set forth and the drop off of package and paper is easy.

The package was delivered within the promised time, however we were charged additional handling fees and 'other' fees once the package was delivered. This is in addition to custom fees which I recognize are my responsibility as the shipper. I was sending the package to family and did not want them to pay anything. My frustration is the additional handling fees that were not accounted for from the get-go although I paid a hefty premium to be shipping this month and I thought the $200+ would be covering all non-custom and non-duty fees.
