Poor communication

The package was dropped off at a location about a 20 minute walk from the expected delivery location. The recipient was never notified. I had to report an issue with Parcel Monkey who were very responsive and located the package. But it is not at all convenience for the recipient who doesn’t have a car and is in med school all day long. This should have been known prior to my booking the package. I expected direct delivery to her building. In addition, the pick up requires a PIN number which she never received.
On the positive side, the delivery time was very quick from the US but since the recipient does not have the package, this is not a plus. -

Excellent service. I sent a gift to my son in Dublin, Ireland. The daily tracking information let me know where it was and it showed up in the time it said it would. I will definitely use this service again.

This site makes is very easy to get a quote for your parcel . You get the quote online , pay for it and they email you labels. In my case I took my parcel to my local ups store who took the parcel, label and customers form which comes in the email . They mailed it to England from the USA. The parcel actually got to the UK in three days but was held up a customer which is what happens anyway. It got to my destination 6 days late but that was due to hold up at customs. Brilliant service I cannot fault them . 6 lbs in weight and I paid $53 which was worth it .
