I use to send several packages a year to New Zealand and they would take months for delivery. At that time the packages would get hung up in Japan. This time the package went thru Australia and took only a couple of weeks. Amazing and thank you!

I got a notice that the address was wrong and tried to fix it, but UPS held the package at a local facility without checking with us. The real address was next door, where deliveries had gone before. We were told to pick up the package within seven days or it would be sent back. UPS emailed that if it wasn’t delivered, it couldn’t be returned because it was international. A customer service agent found it at a holding facility but thought it was a house, adding confusion. I looked up the address and saw it was actually the UPS facility. When I asked for a contact, the agent couldn’t provide one. This was frustrating, especially since it was all within UPS. In the end, the receiver drove there to pick it up. My main concerns are poor organization and communication, which made things worse.
