Arrived in Australia from the US within three business days (estimated for five business days)- no complaints! The only confusing part was the tax reference number Parcel Monkey requested for returning merchandise to a business. The business did not know what to provide for the tax reference number, so I looked up their ABN on the Australian government's website and used that.
