So impressed. Directions were easy to follow, package shipped from Kansas to Auckland and only took 8 days. the USPS never has been that quick, it was also $30 cheaper! Ill be using Parcel Monkey from now on.

The acceptance process was very easy and the UPS store assistant very helpful. We unfortunately had severe weather in our area, so there were delays, but we received good notifications of what the realities were and delivery was not delayed more than necessary.

Arrived so fast I was in shock. I have been sending items overseas for over 40 years and I've dealt with all sorts of case scenarios. Sadly, I don't place too much faith in any service these days unless I'm actually hand delivering myself. You can imagine my shock (and gratitude) that this parcel arrived within a few days from the USA to the UK. Just like the old days when you could predict a day of arrival. Thank you. I shall definitely be back!
