such a lousy service you never mentioned the UPS tracking number for reference and your show off to replace ParcelMonkey id as if world wide shippers???
When I called the local service they asked for UPS tracking info, where I have no trace and a way to retrieve the label
Use some brain and I am sure you dont have one.

Great service for international shipping

I really wanted to ship a fragile birthday present from the US to Belgium, but it was so expensive to go through UPS and FedEx that I didn't think it would work out.
