Parcel Monkey is a rip off!

I was quoted ~$56 to ship a package of cookies from California to England. Once the package was in route I was told it would cost another $25 for "service fees" and customs. I would have used another shipping broker if I had been told the real cost originally.

Held for import duties and brokerage fees with NO notification to me.

After the ton of paper work too fill out and getting it boxed to meet all guidelines, printing the customs forms (3-4 ) of them the only down fall I can find with UPS's international shipping service is that no one notified me it was being held by UPS for import duty and brokerage payments prior to it being released for shipment. I just happen to check on the package information and found it was being held in NY or someplace. Made the online payment and etc. and within 30 minutes it was released an on its way again.

Quick and cheap! The UPS store said would cost 125$ and parcel.monkey shipped it for 40$ overseas! It was delivered within the week
