First timer!

This was my first time shipping internationally and ParcelMonkey made it very easy. They supplied the paperwork needed and all I had to do was fill it out and follow their instructions. I will gladly use them again! Had I gone straight to UPS this would have cost me double!

Reliable good service

I sent a box to India and despite of the pandemic they have just little delays, I always was able to track the parcel. The only con was that even if you send a gift, that is not tax free in that country so we end paying extra for that.
