Great value for money, super easy at drop off point and all arrived as expected via International delivery. The simplicity will encourage me to send more to family overseas especially in this current climate.

I paid for world wide expedited which take 2-5 business days. today is the 5th business day and the package haven't reached the destination. The tracking website is saying delivery is in another 4 business days. I could've paid less for the non expedited option and still received it same time. very frustrating.

This was my first time using Parcel Monkey to ship anything, and they did GREAT! I was sending a $2,500 item from the US to Germany, and was a bit concerned about it arriving quick and safely during the world wide virus shutdown. I had sent another more expensive item to Switzerland, and it took about 2 months to arrive via regular USPS mail, but Parcel Monkey used UPS to deliver this box in about 6 days!!! Very fast, safe, and reliable! The price was also about three times cheaper than going through UPS myself, with the total being about $300 versus the UPS store quote of nearly $900! The box arrived safely, and the customer was happy. The import fee's were minimal, and the overall experience was pretty easy. The Parcel Monkey team answered any questions I had quickly, and I plan to use this service again if/when I have another international shipment to make! Thanks!!!

Timely, safe dropoff. A few local glitches on the recievers end was only due to bad weather, but arrived a couple of days, half way round the world later. Well done
