Don’t ship with UPS it took 3 weeks fo get a package to The Philippines it sat in a customs for two weeks I was promised 5 day delivery this package contained time sensitive material I needed for my fiancé to get her visa only it didn’t make it in time good thing I sent a second set of docs fed ex when I seen that the package wasn’t going to make it on time
