Fast, reliable, and super inexpensive!!!

Rather large box of around 18"x18"x32" I think. But, it was 3 times cheaper to go through Parcel Monkey with UPS than it would have been to go directly through UPS myself. I don't know how they do that, but it shipped with UPS, from Maryland to Japan, in about 2 days, and arrived past clearance in another 5 days. Everything was intact, safe, and I was very happy. Thank God for a great, affordable, and reliable shipping service!!!

First time shipping

This was my first time using this service and the package arrived at its destination safely. So, it took a while to make sure I was doing the international shipment correctly and to complete all the paper work, but I finally did and the 4 pound package was shipped at half the cost of the big shipping companies. I did have one problem; I weighed the package incorrectly. I double checked the weight after everything was completed ( including payment) and I was one pound off (??!?) So, I contacted parcel monkey by chat and was able to resolve the problem: I cancelled the shipment (before dropping it off at UPS) and submitted a new order to parcel monkey, paid again, and dropped the package off at UPS. The full amount of the first package was credited back to my credit card a few days later, so we are good. I would use this service again.
