I went to the shipping store and got a quote that was outrageously expensive... so I went online to see if I could find a better deal. Parcel Monkey found me a deal for the EXACT SAME SERVICE for 5x’s LESS! I printed out the label email, and took my parcel back to the same store to drop off for shipping. I’m so grateful!

Prepaid online, taped an envelope of "customs documents" to the outside of the package (thank you for clear instructions!), dropped it off at Staples shipping counter Monday afternoon, and it arrived at my parents' house in Germany on Friday morning, in perfect condition. Very impressed!
