$250 savings on International delivery

I had a package that needed to go from Florida USA to The Hague, The Netherlands for Christmas. I checked the rates for my 20 lb package at several places - FedEx, USPS, DHL, and UPS. It turns out the quote of $376.31 was the cheapest - from UPS 3 day service.
I then check Parcel Monkey - I choose "Expedited Worldwide Courier" 3-5 day delivery. I paid $130 for my 20 lb package. That's a big difference in price. I then printed the label - a UPS LABEL, dropped it off at my local UPS store on Monday and at 11:00am Thursday the box was delivered in The Hague by UPS. I saved $250!
I'll use Parcel Monkey every single time - why pay more for the exact same service???
