The Worst of the Worst

The worst experience I've ever experienced. Miscommunication with the courier and lies.
The package was sent on December 18th and it was supposed to be deliver on the December 24th ... obviously didn't happen.
We've been calling from USA and UK to get to the bottom of this, the package for some reason traveled to The Netherlands.
It finally reached it's final destination UK on the January 7th.
and at the end I was charged for additional 61$

Undelivered package

I sent a package with this service three and a half weeks ago. They sent me an email saying it was delivered but the recipient did not receive it. The delivery service said to have the recipient look around their house and ask the neighbors, and the intended recipient did but still no package.
