UPS IS AWFUL

There is a continuing problem with my international package. It seems- I think- the problem lies with the customs backup in the UK (thanks to Brexit). But I don't know that because UPS has TERRIBLE customer service, awful communication, and does not seem to even try to be better about both.
My package has been "HELD IN WAREHOUSE" for almost a week- as of right now, six days past it's original scheduled delivery date. Now it doesn't have a delivery date at all.Parcel Monkey replied on 15/02/2021
