Held in Customs for a month

The Package I sent to Slovakia arrived to the country within the specified time frame. However it was held in customs for a month and a half. The package was meant to be a Valentines Day gift, but It did not arrive until March 2nd. I spent a lot of money for expedited shipping so this wouldn't happen.

This service seems to be very fast and efficient I have had no problems this is my fourth time shipping with your service to the Philippines and it seems to go off without a hitch and I’m very satisfied

Went through heck with Chinese customs shxt AFTER the package arrived there.
Well, honestly I don't really blame UPS on that. I should know better the shxt with CN gov.
