Over a week held in the UK and it’s still not delivered. Completely useless. Parcel Monkey support were completely unhelpful too. Told me to contact UPS - err, no, I paid for a service, that’s what Parcel Monkey should do. Parcel Monkey’s incompetence has ruined a birthday and they couldn’t care less.
As I write this, the parcel has now been marked as "lost". Parcel Monkey literally couldn't give a monkeys. There has been zero communication from Parcel Monkey customer service about it, no apology or offer of a refund. Service like this is how you lose customers.
