Right on Time!!!

Courier Service was excellent. International package arrived within the timeframe promised. Online experience was smooth. Additional information on customs and taxes was helpful. There is some inconsistency in documentation on website vs. customs forms that I brought up to customer rep through online chat, but nothing was done about it.

A little bit of typical German delivery problems for UPS resulting in extra days, but okay.

Excellent international delivery at a great cost

I selected the drop-off at UPS option. Local UPS store did a great job preparing the package with customs declaration copies and address label for no extra charge. The package reached the international recipient on time.
