Package was received in timely manner. Customer support is excellent and prompt, and pricing is good.

Thirteen days elapsed from the time I dropped off the packages at my local UPS center until it was received in Singapore. This was a little longer than I expected, but it did get there all in one piece!
Charleston to Singapore is a long way (I have flown it myself), so I was not displeased.
