Bad communication and a poorly built site.

A 2lbs package for $56. The surcharge for clearing customs was €13 and in order to pay customs and tax I needed to register by UPS and agree to their invasive privacy policy.
The delivery updates are unreliable. The package arrived a day earlier than announced and was left at a parcel shop as there was no one home. Ups then mailed to inform that the package was ready for pick up but when I went to pick it up it wasn’t there. Will update.

No brainer

Everything went smoothly… from purchase of service to drop off at carrier to delivery overseas at destination. Not a hiccup and very speedy. Would highly recommend.
