So expensive service but they damaged my parcel

Hello,
I shipped 4 parcels via Parcel Monkey with UPS from the USA to France, but I only received 3 parcels.
There was a label printing error at the drop-off point. The shipper paid for 4 labels, but only 2 different labels were printed:
1Z0B45R1DG09358269
1Z0B45R1DG09736887
The label 1Z0B45R1DG12756877 was never printed, and the label 1Z0B45R1DG04945053 was printed twice and placed on two different parcels.
The shipper was told this would not cause any problem because it was a group shipment of 4 parcels. I paid shipping and customs for all 4 parcels, but only received 3.
Please open an investigation with UPS and help locate the missing parcel or advise on compensation.
