    To me . ."next day air" means next day air. I took a package to UPS, paid next day air rates and the package wasn't delivered until Monday. Then I communicated with the PM people via chat and they said next day air on Friday means Monday. At that point . .it's not next day air anymore and shouldn't be charging next day air rates. It should be clear to a customer that this is how it works. FYI . . .I do see UPS delivering on Saturdays. You should have a selection for zero stars !!
