First time shipping to a customer. I dropped my package off at the UPS store. 30 minutes later, I received a call from them.
They couldn't ship my package because I had put it in a "liquor" box! Went in; they were SO NICE! Repackaged the customer's
order in a new box and they did everything for me. Absolutely wonderful. Great experience.

Could not be more pleased with the value in shipping costs that PM offers. But, it is the quirkiest website I’ve ever used – often it freezes on one page, often it rejects your request even though all information is accurate and complete, and if you try to ship multiple packages to the same address“add a parcel“ does not offer legible labels for more than the first package.
