Cheap and fast

Picture arrived smashed and ruined. Was wrapped in bubble wrap + additional paper padding in a heavy-duty box marked fragile/Glass. It was obviously mishandled.

Mishandled package; now my customer is debating whether to accept my product.

UPS crushed the box on top and my customer is evaluating whether to accept the product shipped. The product was wrapped in bubble wrap and paper so hopefully there will not be an issue but a new heavy duty box was used for shipping and UPS loaded too much weight on top of it.
