I brought the package to the drop off point at 10:30 am on a Saturday where it was noted that the pickup was 3 pm. When I dropped the box off, they informed me that pickup had not yet occurred. Well, pickup never occurred on Saturday or Sunday and the box wasn't picked up until Monday. Parcel Monkey was great as usual but UPS dropped the ball.
