For parcel monkey, the sign up for service & the navigation/linking between this site and UPS was a bit time consuming and somewhat confusing, but the overall result was great! It might've felt this way bc I was under a time constraint to ship this package out. The price was below the service that's available directly thru the courier and the package did arrive the next day, despite being the ground service. Thank you!
