overall, shipping went without a problem! im definitely using this service again! my only problem was trying to download and print the shipping label but all in all, definitely the best courier service ive used!

First time shipping to a customer. I dropped my package off at the UPS store. 30 minutes later, I received a call from them.
They couldn't ship my package because I had put it in a "liquor" box! Went in; they were SO NICE! Repackaged the customer's
order in a new box and they did everything for me. Absolutely wonderful. Great experience.
