I was able to accept an order from the EU because I was able to offer reasonable shipping through Parcel Monkey. If I had not found the deal offered by this shipper, I would not have been able to make the sale because conventional shipping was far too costly and turning costumers away. The whole service worked out well, the package arrived in a reasonable time, intact. The customer was satisfied. Parcel Monkey opened the door to the European market for me. Thank you!

Bait and Switch

Bait and switch. Package was accurately weighed and measured by UPS but Parcel Monkey charged me and additional fee because the claimed the weight was wrong. They would not budge nor accept my documents from UPS drop off.
