Over charging

My package PMOJMUCB was NOT larger than I stated or heavier than I stated. But to charge me an extra $39 for postage is ridiculous. $39 is way too much. I think it's time for another forwarder. Not at all satisfied with your explanation about the overwhelming amount. I would like it taken off. I've been a customer for a long time and you can check that I've made no mistakes in measurements or weight
Wrong package please check tracking number is PMOJMUCB. That package I paid and you charged me another $39. Measurements and weight was correct.

All good except the delivery took a little more than 14 work days. Nevertheless, I going to send parcels with parcekmonkey again in the future.
