Well the rates are really good I was dismayed at the fact that I actually had to call FedEx to actually arrange a pickup date because it wasn't in their computer that pissed me off

Well Since it is 8 pm on 11/25...do not think pick up will be on 11/25. Appreciate the service. When you arrive at 682 Gilbert Road, there is a walkway to the front of the house. Please use that. You will be able to turn around in the drive way but the walkway has no steps. Please call 413-436-7625 when you are arriving so my 90 year old Dad can meet you at the front door.
