    I love the service it was fast and the product was received in the condition. I sent it. The only complaint not directed at DHL but the addition cost at delivery due to customs etc. I feel this is a shock to the recipient upon delivery. Great service just feel it would be good if stuff like this is paid up front so recipients package does not get held up.

    Excellent courteous service. Arrived when they said they would on Friday and the package was delivered outside London on Monday morning ahead of schedule . Could not ask for more
