Lost parcel?

I sent a parcel to Philipines on the 24th of November 2020 using Colissimo International 2 to 7 business days delivery service, however, it is still undelivered and I have not received any update since the 21st of December 2020. Since the customer service team opened an investigation a week ago, I have yet to receive any further update - very disappointed by the lack of efficiency!

Dear Cinta, we are very sorry to hear that your parcel has not been delivered yet. According to the information of the carrier some shipments can take longer to arrive than usual. They are delivering as quickly and safely as they can, but some items are taking longer during this busy time. Best regards.
