I started out with a 3 star as a service but the 3 star was about the tracking service promised on your site, there was NONE! I tried on several occasions to check where my parcel was and the site suggested it might still be in the post room or wherever. My client tried to find his order but he could not find the tracking service working. You can blame Brexit, you can blame Covid 19, you can blame M. Macron, but it's your system, you can stop blaming everyone else, just sort out this glitch please. However, the parcel arrived safe and sound after 5 days and my client was happy, so thank you and the UK service for delivering the parcel. Now I upgrade you to 5 stars, thanks for the service.

Had I read the Trustpilot France reviews I would never have used this service. In fact I am amazed that you still consider it to be an acceptable operation. However I suppose that if you pay peanuts in comparison to others in your portfolio, you must expect monkeys.
I am a consultant to Europe's largest online auction house and it is considering advising sellers not to use Colissimo both in France and Internationally. It would appear that theft is rife and dealing with complaints does not happen. Communications are not to be believed - I have experienced this over several years and had to threaten legal action to get paid out for an insured package -it took over a year.
